I ordered this filter. It was delivered quicker than the estimated shipping time. When I received it, it was the right filter size, but a different make and model. It still fits and works with the humidifier I have. Overall happy with the product, but they need to update info and pictures.Monday, February 24, 2014
Cheap WF2630 Bionaire Humidifier Wick Filter (4 Pack)
I've ordered this product in the past and found that's it's too long and wide (9"long X 6 1/2" high X 2 1/2" wide) to replace the original filter in the Bionaire BCM4530. For this Bionaire model, I needed a filter that is 7 1/2 " long X 6 1/2" high X 2" wide. Luckily, I owned a bandsaw which I used to trim the excess length and the filter could then be compressed into the filter compartment, but the situation was far from ideal. I hope that I can find a source which sells replacement filters of the correct size.

Like other reviewers, I also ordered this believing I was purchasing a Xikar product. What I actually received was a bottle of "Stogie's Propylene Glycol 50/50" solution. I'm sure one PG 50/50 is about the same as another, but that's hardly the point. Advertising one product and sending out something completely different is unacceptable business practice.
One more note, the bottle was wrapped up in a plastic bag, and quite a bit of the product has leaked out in transit. Paid for 16 ounces, received maybe 14.
I found the solution to be a very good one for a 50/50, but I purchase Xikar *because* it isn't 50/50. It is a slightly better blend which tends to leave less residue and which tends to not change each time you add it to the humidifier.
Now is where I reach what I am torn about. They have since fixed the picture issue, and the correct picture *and* description are now there. I think that the product is very good for what is being sold . . . but the item title is now even worse than the formerly-mistaken picture. It is now being advertised as Xikar (the title now reads "Xikar Large Cigar Humidor Solution Propylene Glycol 16 Ounces". The picture confusion from before is easily explained, but I have a bit of a hard time believing that Amazon forcefully changed the title after it was put in.
So in conclusion, I would give the product five stars for being a good product, and I took away 3 stars for it essentially being a bait-and-switch. If you clicked on the product and are aware of the fact it is not Xikar (and the misleading title doesn't bother you), then I would definitely encourage you to purchase it. Otherwise I would purchase somewhere else, like this one: Xikar Humidifier Solution 16 oz..
Guys, at this price, just go to your nearest tobacconist, and buy the real deal. You won't save any money, but you run the stupid risk of destroying some cigars with this mystery fluid that looks like it came out of someone's garage, and the labels that were clearly printed on someone's inkjet.

The post office had to place the package in a plastic bag because the lid on the bottle was loose spilling 25% of the liquid by the time it was delivered. The package was saturated. I left packaging feedback (with photos), seller feedback and feedback to Amazon around 3 weeks ago. I am still waiting for a response. I'm sure the product is everything it is supposed to be, but I sure didn't get my money's worth.Best Deals for Xikar Large Cigar Humidor Solution Propylene Glycol 16 Ounces
Just so everybody is aware, according to Xikar their solution is NOT a 50/50, it's their own formula as they say 50/50 is too viscous for many bead products. Is it true? Who knows... But if you believe that's true then none of the cheap generic 50/50s are going to fulfill your needs.Honest reviews on Xikar Large Cigar Humidor Solution Propylene Glycol 16 Ounces
I originally purchased this because it had a picture of the Xikar bottle. When I received the order, it was actually "Stogie's". I talked with the vendor, who said that Amazon regularly has substitute items when looking for a specific brand. I have since found this to be the case. The seller was actually very nice and easy to get along with, and was more than happy to allow me to return the product. I probably should have read the other reviews before absent-mindedly purchasing this product at three AM. However, I did not, and they are correct. The product I received is not as pictured, and lacking the ability to test it for purity and content, I intend to send it back for a refund. Frankly, I just don't know if I can trust this label on the bottle of clear fluid that may or may not be "99.9% pure" and "made with 100% pure distilled water" (which is technically impossible).Guys, at this price, just go to your nearest tobacconist, and buy the real deal. Glodeals Rainbow Purifier LED Color Changing Ultrasonic Reviews
I've had this diffuser for 2 weeks.,This product smaller than I expected,I love this diffuser. I take it everywhere because it is so compact. It is very easy to use and doesn't even need that much water to run. I just drop about 4-5 drops of lavender and 2 drops of lemon, and fall fast asleep. Love it!

We bought this for our nursery b/c it is difficult to regulate the temp in our son's room. We kept it on low heat/humidify, but one problem is w/o an auto-shutoff, it would get so warm in the room that we would have to turn the unit on and off throughout the night to keep the temp decent. We only used it for 2-3 weeks before we returned it and bought an auto-shutoff unit and separate humidifier. Within that timeframe, our electric bill went from $50 a month to $116!!!
Another issue is the heat and humidity kind of work against each other: the heating unit is on the bottom and the humidifier is on the top, so when the cool mist comes out, the heat that's rising seems to evaporate the mist b/c it never actually feels 'humid' in the room (and it's a smaller room).
For the price, I definitely would not recommend this product it would be better on your wallet to simply get an auto-shutoff unit and separate humidifier...
Envion customer service is very poor.
The humidifier uses a wicking mechanism. The "wick" rotates vertically and the moisture it absorbs from the water container then gets blown into the air by the fan. The controls are easy to understand and you can use just the heater or just the humidifier, or both together.
The water container holds enough water for easily a 24-hour period if you run the humidifier constantly. You can simply top off the water container each day, but eventually you need to empty it and clean it because the water does get cloudy. This, I assume, is from the impurities in the air that get trapped on the wick and then deposited in the water as the wick passes through it. The wick is easy to remove for cleaning and can be washed by hand or in the washing machine. You can order extra wicks from the manufacturer.
All in all, the Humidiheat does everything it says it does and at a very fair price.

I bought this product a year and half ago. The product worked good until I needed to get a new wick and lower roller due to roller breakeage. And then the problem started. Called Envion customer service and ordered the two items. When received, the wick was almost an inch wider then the old one, to the point that it rubbed the sides of the unit. The rollers arived as two upper rolers and not one upper and one lower. Called back talked to a supervisor who promissed to send the corrected items. Today the new wick arrived. It is the same larger size as before The rollers still has not arrived. This is going on two months and I still can't usr the unit.Envion customer service is very poor.

Died with no replacement parts available. $125 down the drain. Worked we'll until now, but it seems a bit overpriced for what it doesHonest reviews on Humidiheat Heater/Humidifier
This is our second season using the Humidiheat humidifier/heater/air washer. We researched quite a few humidifiers last winter and we're very happy we settled on this one. We use this in our bedroom and it has proven to be more than adequate. Our primary need was for a humidifier, so the fact that this is also a heater and air washer are the icing on the cake. To compare the air purifying qualities of this appliance to that of a stand-alone air purifier would be silly, but the fact that it does clean the air to some degree is impressive for what this is.The humidifier uses a wicking mechanism. I just got my 5-in-1 bassinet today. I was a little nervous about it, having read all of the bad reviews on here. While my husband was putting it together, I brought up each critique I read and he pointed out all of the so-called problem areas. I've listed the ones I can think of below:
*DIFFICULT TO ASSEMBLE/CAN'T FIND INSTRUCTIONS*
While it's true that the instructions weren't loose in the box, they were pretty easy to find. The bassinet folds in half for portability and that's the way it's packaged in the box. The instructions were sandwiched in-between the two halves. He found them right away and didn't have to look it up online or assemble anything extra. He said the instructions were very straight forward and put it together quickly. Being a teacher, I can't help but think that the people who complained about how hard it was to assemble didn't read the instructions.
*BASSINET DOESN'T ATTACH TO THE BASE*
There's a short little strap with a snap style buckle on each side of the base. It's a little hidden by the ruffles, but there's a slit in the fabric where you can pull them through. Once he snapped it into place, it was very secure. He was able to lift the entire unit from the handle of the bassinet.
*IT'S TOO TALL FOR A BED*
When he first put it together, it was very tall. I mentioned how people had said it was too tall to fit comfortably next to a bed. It turns out that the legs are adjustable and have 6 different height settings. We put it on the lowest and it's below my bed leveland I have a pretty average bed.
*THE HANDLE WON'T FOLD DOWN*
I read a couple of reviews that said how they wished the handle would go down because it's hard to get the baby in and out. He found little buttons you press at the base of each handle. You have to look for them because they're kind of under the cloth, but they're there. This allows the handle to go all the way down.
*IT WON'T FIT THROUGH A DOORWAY*
When we were wheeling it into my bedroom, it went right through my doorway with no problems. Maybe my doors are wider than an average door. I really don't know, but I had no problem with that.
* IT DOESN'T ATTACH TO THE BED*
I think I only saw one review that mentioned this. There's a little padded strap thing that was left over after he put it together. When he looked at the directions, it showed that this strap thing attaches to the base, and then slides between the mattresses to hold it in place next to the bed.
* IT'S TOO HARD & UNCOMFORTABLE*
With SIDS being such a concern now-a-days, I can completely understand why manufacturers don't want to have something too padded. I was expecting something really hard, but it has a foam padded cushion. With the cushion, it's actually a lot more comfortable than I thought it would be.
It may be possible that I have a newer model than the ones people have complained about, and that this new model fixed every problem area. However, I think the problem is that people don't look around for obvious solutions or read the instructions. Our baby is due any day now and I couldn't be happier with our purchase. I only wish I had gotten one with my daughter 3 years agoit's perfect!
Here's what I liked and didn't like:
* Carrying the bassinet around was a bit of a nuisance (if the baby is in it, it's kinda heavyif not, you gotta put down the baby, relocate the bassinet, get the baby again...).
* I never used the changing tableyou have to take the bassinet off the unit. Who wants to deal with that in the middle of the night? Easier to use a real changing table.
* The rocking feature is nice, but I didn't use it that often. It was a bit of a hassle popping the wheels in and out.
* An extra fitted sheet for the mattress would have been nice.
* This may be just a problem with our particular unit, but the vibrating control sometimes works and sometimes doesn't despite fresh batteries. Not a big deal since the sounds work fine.
* Ability to adjust height. If you have a tall bed, low bed, don't worry: there are lots of height options here.
* Cute toys hanging off tall hood. If you don't want them there, you can easily remove them. The toys are in sight, but beyond reach.
* The Number One reason I like this bassinet a lot is because of the mesh siding. It lets air circulatesomething that is very good if your baby, like ours, moves around and ends up with the head turned facing the side. I always move my baby toward the middle again, but it was reassuring to know that the mesh was letting fresh air injust lift the outside ruffles out of the way.
All in all this bassinet has a whole bunch of extra features we really didn't feel were necessary. We might have been happier with a plain and traditional bassinet, except that we loved the breathable mesh siding. You can use this bassinet until your baby can roll over or push up or when your baby is 17.5 lbswhichever happens first.
If you buy is bassinet make sure the mattress is properly supported, as it is very very unsafe for it to sag in the middle.

I've used this strictly as a bassinet next to our bed, and it has been fantastic. The best feature is the night light, which enables me to check on my baby in the middle of the night and nurse her without waking up her or my husband. It goes out on it's own in case you fall asleep without turning it off, which is very convenient and saves the batteries. I also love the versatility of folding up the wheels so it can rock like a cradle if I want. I haven't used the changing table portion at all. Though we did carry her in the removeable carrier once or twice, it was too large and cumbersome to be very convenient, so now I just use a Pack'n Play in the other room instead.Best Deals for The First Years 5-in-1 Carry Me Near Sleep System

My husband and I spent hours and hours looking for the perfect bassinet. We finally decided on this one. Boy were we disappointed. We are very aware of safty concerning cribs and bassinets. Our first child passed away because of SIDS. One of the major safty points with SIDS is that the mattress must be firm. The mattress in this bassinet sagged in the middle, right where the baby would lay. When we were putting it together the bassinet part came as one piece folded together, the "support board" being in two pieces instead of one piece. How is this supposed to properly support a baby? After we finished putting it together and saw this unsafe feature, we returned the bassinet the next day and bought something better. If you buy is bassinet make sure the mattress is properly supported, as it is very very unsafe for it to sag in the middle.

There are two filters in the box and an installation clip is included. It sure would be nice if there were some way of knowing how many filters are in the package. Only one? Other brands come in 2or 3-packs.
