Discount LARGE Cigar Humidor Solution PG Propylene Glycol 50/50 Pre-mixed 16
Ive been smoking cigars for 16 years and for the last 3 have been using propylene glycol for my large humidor. I decided to use a different vendor, for what I thought was the same product, and was extremely disappointed. This product does not work effectively, and sadly I bought a bunch of it. I will probably pour it down the sink and go back to my old vendor.I went for the 16oz because it is priced cheaper than 2x the 8oz. I do not care whatsoever but people might want to know that it comes identical 8oz bottles, not one larger bottle.

LG Electronics LD451EGL 45-Pint Dehumidifier Reviews
Bought this item at a local retailer. Overall, it works and sucks a good amount of moisture from the basement. I purchased the low-temperature version (overkill) and figured it would work better in a cool basement. I am not disappointed with the dehumidifying performance of this unit. However, it seems like LG designed this unit to run excessively so it will wear out and force you to buy a replacement (details below).
PROS:
1. Not as heavy as the box would have you believe and I was able to carry this down to the basement myself. Fairly easy to move around, even on carpet.
2. Tank is easy to remove, empty, replace ... and repeat daily.
3. After a week, it's not too loud, even when sitting a few feet away.
4. Controls are simple and straight-forward to use.
CONS:
1. Unless I put it on delay, it will kick on every few minutes. Not sure if it's testing the air or something, but this can be ANNOYING.
2. When I put it on delay (2 or 4 hour), it sometimes ignores that it's on delay and runs anyway. It's like the door-close button on most elevators -it's there for decoration more than function.
3. Even though I had the unit set to 50% humidity, the room felt too dry and the unit was still running. I have a separate humidity gauge in the room and it read 43%. Makes me wonder if the internal gauge works at all or if it is just there to humor me.
CON #4. I've hooked up a short garden hose so that I don't have to drain it every night. Instead of simply threading the hose onto the back of the unit, you have to thread it onto a plastic tube that you then insert into the machine. This connection doesn't lock into place, and even if the connection is snug, if the hose moves, it disconnects inside the machine. I then have to remove the bucket to re-align it. With kids in the house, I'm afraid that if the bump into the machine or kick the hose at all it will disconnect internally. Even worse, it was a challenge to position the hose because every time it turned, the internal connection turned and disconnected.
*UPDATE*
I originally posted that I would be returning the unit because of the flawed hose hookup. On the advice of someone else, I instead attached a black poly tube and secured it with a hose clamp directly to the machine and bypassing the hard plastic adapter. My out of pocket cost was $0, but you could make this modification yourself for

Discount Summer Infant Rest Assured Sleeper
I love this co sleeper! You can get a great night of rest knowing your little one is safe and you will not roll over. I highly suggest this to any parent especially breastfeeding moms. Babies R us has them for $59.99 so make sure you look around before paying double!
PS: I used the mobile/heartbeat sound machine even after we moved onto full size crib. It is just amazing, it helped block out the other noises and allowed our son to keep sleeping through TV/RADIO/Music or doorbells or cellphones. :)
It folds and it is extremely easy to carry. It locks into place so well that it is impossible to come lose or fold on its own.
The only complaint I really have is that the mattress doesn't have a removable, water-proof covering on it. If our daughter spit up on it, we had to wash the entire mattress and after a few washes, it started to look worn. We ended up wrapping a really lightweight blanket around the mattress to help with this and it worked out.
If you live in a smaller place, this co-sleeper is really ideal. It doesn't take up much room and is ultra portable.
In the morning when I go to work, I put the co-sleeper in our bed and she sleeps next to my husband until they have to get up. She doesn't roll over yet, so it remains to be seen how long we will use it, but as of 3 months it has been our best investment.
Look around though, I have seen it priced between $59 and even as low as $39 on sale.
The true life-saver of this purchase has been the clip-on light/noise maker/vibrator. The womb sound is the only thing my baby will fall asleep too, and the light makes it easy to see him if he needs me, but is not so bright as to wake him up. We don't use the vibration on it much, so I can't comment on that, but the clip-on has come with us everywhere; even when we don't take the sleeper.
That said, the sleeper folds up nicely and can fit into a carry-on suitcase (though it will fill most of the suitcase). It sits well on our bed (we have a tempurpedic mattress) and I couldn't be happier with my purchase.
That said, it's cheaper at Babies r Us, so check there first.

We had this included in our registry, and it turned out to be the item we used most frequently. Wherever our son was, this sleeper was there. Living room, bedroom, family room, kitchen, etc.. (Just make sure you don't put it up too high) It allowed us to keep our son next to us all times, even in our bed. Similar to the earlier review (I am surprised there has been only 1 so far) we also put this between my and my wife, and was able to sleep (without being able to turn, sleep like a mummy) in our Queen bed. If you are slim or if you are lucky to have a king bed, this will be perfect during first 3 months. We ended up moving this sleeper into his own crib which was next to us in the bedroom, but we did not have worry about him turning over or moving stuff over his head. We could also easily wrap him with sheets by tucking the sheets under the mattress. I had no problems washing the mattress, following the instructions it did not look that worn, and I would assume that it was the spin cycle or the dryer that made it look worn. In any case, we always had additional covers on the small padding/mattress this came with.PS: I used the mobile/heartbeat sound machine even after we moved onto full size crib. I received this co-sleeper as a baby gift. I wasn't sure if I would use it because we actually had two basinettes plus a crib. We probably ended up using this product more than we did anything else we received as a gift. It's really portable so we could take it into any room in our apartment with us. We had a queen size bed and this fit in between us (albeit a little tight). Our daughter tolerated being in it very well. She really liked the heartbeat sound the monitor made. The only complaint I really have is that the mattress doesn't have a removable, water-proof covering on it. Honest reviews on Summer Infant Rest Assured Sleeper
We second all the positive reviews. We bought this in desperation when our baby would not sleep in her crib. We were too scared to co-sleep without some sort of protection. Then we found out that it fit perfectly on our bathroom vanity and soon it also became her changing table. We use a thick towel to cover the pad for changes. We love that while changing her we can turn around to put the diapers in the pail or pick up something without worry. We use a sticky shelf liner underneath to prevent slippage. That thing will not budge. Our baby loves laying in there looking at herself in our vanity mirror. In the morning when I go to work, I put the co-sleeper in our bed and she sleeps next to my husband until they have to get up. We've been using this co-sleeper for about 3 months now and it's a wonderful thing. Our bed is too tall for any of the roll-up bedside co-sleepers, so we had to go with an in-bed. I chose this one because of the sturdy metal sides. It'd be pretty difficult to roll over on your baby while in this, and even if you accidently pull the covers up to high in your sleep, the high sides keep a nice air pocket in front of baby's face. I also like that the sides of the sleeper are breathable mesh. It not only helps with air flow, but my baby likes to mush his face against the side of it while sleeping, and he can easily breathe through the wall. The mattress is also a breathable mesh top so if they manage to roll onto their stomachs they could still breathe. The true life-saver of this purchase has been the clip-on light/noise maker/vibrator. WF813 ReliOn Humidifier Wick Filter (2 Pack) Review
I ordered what was called "WF813 ReliOn Humidifier Replacement Filter (2 Pack)" just to find out they are NOT ReliOn brand filters. They are another brand that come close to fitting some ReliOn humidifier models. However, the filter isn't quite as big as a real ReliOn WF813 filter, so it doesn't truly fit as well as it should. These are BestAir brand filters, and the box lists the humidifier models that these filters fit, and ReliOn is NOT one of them. These filters will probably do the job, but this ad is deceptive. I won't buy from this seller again.
So I ordered like four boxes, each containing 2 filters. The first of these replacement filters has been in my humidifier that runs about 18 hours a day for over a month -they are still strong, all in one piece, and I can wash them, extending their life. You can tell the difference in them, they are much heavier the the filter that comes with the original humidifier.
Stock up, good value.
humidifier and now dish out$ 13.75 for 2 filters. the " the filter is fine " , but it's the price that is unbelievable. but i gotta have it. sorry , all i can say is it's a real shame. don barajas

For those who only have experience with filter that comes "free" with the ReliOn's I was expecting pretty much the same thing -a filter that after about a week you tried as hard as you could to not touch or move it as the whole thing just disintegrates in short order. So I ordered like four boxes, each containing 2 filters. Come on, man! Damn. If I had known it was only a heater and not a humidifier, I'd have chosed one of the other hundreds of gizmos that are only heaters. I got this one specifically because of the humidifier feature. I want my money back!Best Deals for SPT SH-1506 Ceramic Heater with Humidifier

Apparently they still have this problem. I had assumed they had fixed it by now. I can't imagine why they haven't. They are sending people the WRONG PRODUCT. I actually didn't mind the different heater they sent so I just kept it. I got this for a very dry bedroom and it definitely keeps the air nicely humid without over or under doing it. I am in love with the led lights and you can set it to different colors which is awesome.
The one issue I have is the plastic odor that the reservoir had for a long time but it went away for the most part after I washed it several times in boiling hot soapy water which I think was a no-no from the manual...

Love everything about the way this Humidifier works. Very fine mist. Extremely quiet. If I were to change anything about this humidifier, it would have a way to fill the water chamber from the top. It is a little bit of a pain to have to take the tank off, turn it upside down before getting it too far away from the unit so you don't drip water all over the floor or furniture, find a sink deep enough to be able to fill it to the top, then haul the now heavy reservoir back to the base unit, then flipping it back over the unit to install back on the base. It would be so much easier to have a top fill and just bring the pitcher of water to the unit.
I've had ZERO issues with any mildew or bacterial films building up in the chamber(s). It really is clean.
The night light is retro... very different, and just plain KEWL! I rarely use it, though.
Having the warm mist option is nice for winter use.
It's definitely a work horse, but I still find I don't need to fill the reservoir nearly as often as other humidifiers.
I live in a very arid, dry, climate, and this machine has been the best! I get nose bleeds when things are too dry, but with this humidifier... nada.
The 3 year warranty is nice too... I've never had cheaper ones last more than a year or two before.
However, it is very quiet, well at least I can't hear the ultrasonic sound! And the water vapor immediately comes floating out the top when you fill it, no waiting. I am using this in a room that is about 20 x 20 and I should have gotten the larger capacity because I am filling it every day. I have hot air heat so the room is very dry in the winter. Not sure what they mean when they say 100 hours. I would suggest getting the biggest one you can handle, taking into consideration that it will be heavy and unsteady when you refill it. It certainly will be the nicest looking humidifier around and will be quiet.

I have had quite a few cheaper ultrasonic humidifiers, and there's no comparison. The mist particles are so fine that they bounce off my hand, and my hand stays dry (slight dampness to the hand when on high). This means I have no problems with condensate sequestering on the things directly around the humidifier.I've had ZERO issues with any mildew or bacterial films building up in the chamber(s). I wanted a humidifier for a large nursery that was quiet, good quality and didn't require filling often. This fit the bill perfectly. It keeps a large nursery humid for what we want when run on low and it has adjustable settings to humidify much more quickly. I didn't give it 5 stars because it has a power usage indicator 1 light for low power usage, 2 lights for high power usage and no matter what I do, it always shows 2 lights (which is not a problem from a power usage point of view (I hope!), but just that this feature doesn't seem to work). I would recommend this.Honest reviews on pureguardian H2500 100-Hour Ultrasonic Humidifier with Night Light
This humidifier works just as people talked about in the other reviews. I had no problem with leaks. I can see where you would want to force the seal for the tank but that is not necessary. Just screw it on like a normal person and it does it's job quite well. I'm using this for my mom who is going through chemotherapy. I have it turned up quite a ways so I don't get the amount of duration as some of the other people have described. But I definitely get well over 30 hours out of one tank. The controls are simplistic and the entire look of the humidifier is quite attractive. I would definitely recommend this to any of my friends.Find helpful customer reviews and review ratings for pureguardian H2500 100-Hour Ultrasonic Humidifier with Night Light
This humidifier works fine, and it looks nice compared with a lot of other humidifiers. I gave it four stars instead of five for two reasons. One, it is awkward to refill, and that is not specific to this brand, many or I could say all humidifiers I have used are cumbersome to refill the tank. (I have used at least 6 different types of humidifiers in my house over the years.) This one has a curved side that is on the bottom when you fill it, so not only is it hard to hold, but it is unstable and has a tendency to roll around as the water splashes inside. I wonder why no one can design a unit that is easy to use?? It is frustrating. Two, and this is partly my ignorance, the mist can make the area around the humidifier wet. I assume this is because it is not actual steam. My "scientific" explanation is that because the water vibrates up due to the the ultrasonic sound waves, it is colder and denser than humidifiers that use heat or wicking filters, so if the room is not dry and warm enough, the water falls to the floor and you can have a wet carpet or wet furniture. The fix is to turn down the setting and that solves the problem but, to me, it humidifies the room less than other types and I feel a bit "dryer" than I did with a wicking humidifier or a heat based humidifier. The warm setting is not actually very warm; the unit feels warm but the mist is cool.
