I use this product everyday! Just a few drops of Eucalyptus in the laundry gets rid of bedbugs! Several drops in a warm bath helps our colds and sinuses. This bottle lasted a very long time and it has kept it strength! My favorite scent :)

I have used these for years. I live in the northeast where most people have forced hot air heat. Without humidification you will always feel like overdone toast. This is an easy way to get factory replacement wicks without tramping all over town trying to find them. Brand x is a bad idea. These are best.

I purchaed a Ultrasoinic Mist Fogger Water Fountain Pond 12 LED that was advertised as "Ideal for indoor or outdoor fountains". When I received the product there was no product information in the package and appeared to be used. When I took the fogger out of the package to place in my outdoor fountain the powerpack reads: CAUTION Risk of Electric Shock Dry Location Use Only For Indoor Use Only.

This is the emails I received from the buyer when I ask for return information and a refund:

If yes,we could issue you $3 refund as compensation,is it fine?

This was after I was ask for pictures of the product. I paid $10.99 plus shipping for the item which is not the point. The vendor did not represent the product correctly in the advertising and I find the offer of $3.00 offensive if I had not wanted a refund for the item I would not have contacted the vendor in the first place.

I would not have have given them one (1) star but it was the only way it allow the review to post.

I purchased this to replace a similar product that came with an indoor fountain I got several years ago. It has three colors of LED lights, blue red, yellow, and it cycles through the colors: red, red/blue, blue, blue/yellow, yellow, yellow/red, repeat. The only difference I can spot between this and the one it replaces is that it generates less mist. It's also a little shorter so the water depth has to be a bit lower.

Between the lights and the mist, it's a cool effect. The mist is sufficient to cover the surface of a small fountain or bowl but doesn't spill over the edge much. The mist is really what makes this kind of gadget, so I'm knocking it down one star for being just a bit skimpy in that department.

I haven't been able to find another of these for less than $20, so at $7, the price is definitely right.

Update: This is no longer available at $7. At $27.57, the currently listed price, this is no longer a good deal. It's even less a good deal because the item has now completely failed. After four months, the yellow and red LED lights stopped working. And yesterday, the ultrasonic mister stopped working. I can no longer recommend this item.

This is the second one I've ordered. The first lasted a year, running 24hours a day, and going dry a few times. If it had lasted longer I'd have given it full stars, but a year isn't bad for the price. These are prefect for growing orchids. My orchids do okay with daily misting from a spray bottle, but they don't truly thrive without the humidity of a fogger. If you are growing tropical plants like orchids indoors, I highly recommend this fogger. Just place it in a vase or bowl above or next to your plants. I place mine on the shelf above my orchids with the highest humidity preferences (those that go dry in 3 to 4 days) and on the same shelf as those with moderate humidity requirements (those that go dry in 6-10 days). If it splashes too much for your location you can place it's container in a larger bowl, or place it on a large drip tray or plate. I've even used mine in a tall decorative vase. Less fog reaches the plants when you do that and it is harder to monitor the water level, thus why my old one ran dry a few times, but it does prevent splashing. The lights are lovely at night. They create a soft colorful glow, nothing too bright. The light level would be nice as a nightlight in a child's room.

I purchased two of these foggers and only one worked. I took the broken one apart re-adjusted some parts and cleaned up the rust on the wires inside. it was a quick fix establishing a connection and repositioning some parts to prevent water from getting in. If I had paid more for this I would be highly upset. Both of these should have been assembled correctly, new, and WORKING.

This humidifier certainly has a large capacity and good output. We fill both tanks each night and it runs from 8pm 7am with about 1/2 of one tank left over. However, two major complaints. First The LEDs on this thing are very bright; especially for use in a darkened bedroom. A couple of pieces of electrical tape took care of that problem. I did leave a very, very small portion of the LEDs uncovered and it is still bright. With the LEDs totally uncovered, you could land airplanes. Second This thing is noisy. It glugs and gurgles and trickles and tinkles all night long. Especially annoying when it gets to the end of one tank, there is an incessant glugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglugglug until it switches over to the other. Added to the noise is the rattle of the cartridges that you're supposed to use if you have hard water. They clank against the tank each time the water moves which is all the time. Bottom line it works and puts out a lot of humidity. If you can stand the noise at night, get one.

I used this humidifier just for few days so far, so my review is based on short usage.

Both tanks together hold enough water to last for about 20 hours of use on highest dial. This humidifier moistens the air faster than other same size humidifiers that I have owned.

I still don't know how good the ultrasonic demineralization cartridges are, and I am not convinced that they will prevent the "white dust", but we'll see what will happen in a month.

Btw, replacement ultrasonic demineralization cartridges cost $17 each, which can be a huge drawback for some people.

The humidifier is very quiet, therefore is perfect for a bedroom.

I have this exact unit. It works constantly, with no problems at all.

A pinch of salt, and it steams away and shuts off automatically when low.

I love the simplicity of this unit.

After years of using all the different fancy new kinds of humidifiers that need constant cleaning and special filters and antibacterial crap, this is very nice. No muss, no fuss, just moisture in the air.

The black stuff in the water is normal and is not gross, as someone said in another review.

I have been useing one for some weeks now and it really helps me sleep .They are good little vaporizers do a good job. Fill it with water ,throw in a few pinches of salt and it uses 500 to 800 watts of electricty to start putting out steam. I have filled mine a number of time and it averages two killowatt hours to steam out the tank full of water over a 4 to 5 hour period. Once a week I use white vinegar in a small container to clean the element and it will clean up nicely. It will clean in just a few minutes and you are ready to go again with the steam.

These things are great for cold and flu season, especially if you get the medicine to put in the cup in the top. They can REALLY help with the dry sinuses, hacking cough, and/or congestion.

Since it's boiling the water to make steam, the steam is pure. No worries, like with cool mist humidifiers, that you might be just misting the air with more bacteria.

Add salt like the directions say if it's not producing enough steam. Yes, it sputters for a couple of minutes, but after that it runs very quietly. We run this exact model in the bedroom every night, all winter.

I've had one of these babies for over three years now. It does leave a black residue inside and can be hard to rinse out. Also, the amount of steam produced is inconsistant. I'm sure this is probably my own fault, for not measuring the salt content as well as I should, but it's frustrating to have little-to-no steam one night, then a volcanic plume of steam the next.

It sputters and does fling small drops of water out at times, but mostly the bubbling, hissing noises are my real issue. Sometimes the sounds will scare my sons; I can't fault them for that. I didn't hate the machine, but now that my elder son's imagination is growing ("It's a monster breathing and being angry at me, Mommy."), I'm moving on to look for something a bit quieter.

It's just like the one my mom used for me 20+ years ago (also vicks). I will pull out the unit and pour water in from a pitcher. Because it doesn't have a power switch, it will run whenever it's plugged in and has water, so I control how long it runs by only filling it half way. During the winter months running this for several hours will raise the humidity sufficiently, but running it all night will make the relative humidity to high (window condensation means wall condensation and mold). It's output varies depending on mineral content, so you can add a pinch of salt to make it produce more steam. When It's too high I find it sputters a bit. The night light is annoying, but lets you know it's on. The bottom actually fits in my small bathroom sink just right to fill/clean.

Overall it's a simple, classic design. It's not a fancy, easy to use, self cleaning model it's an inexpensive, have it when you need it model. It will accumulate black chunks in the water, which the manual explains as the minerals (dissolved solids) left from the water after it steams off. The manual actually answered all my other questions, as well as explaining cleaning (a bit of a pain) in white vinegar.

4 stars because I would like to be able to fill it without removing the top and having it drip on things. Otherwise, it's simple and inexpensive and does it's job when asked.

Nothing fancy, but needed to replace my other filter that had some type of crusty build up on it. I washed it several times but the velcro lost it's sticky after multiple washings so I bought these. Priced right, these work like a charm and my humidifier works as it should.

I ordered these to get some cheap receiving blankets, so I wasn't expecting great quality. The blankets are thin and small, which was fine because we're using them mostly as covers and burp clothes, not for swaddling. However, two of the blankets aren't even square, the edges are off by about 6 inches. I would have returned them, but I took them right out of the package and put them into the wash, so we're just using them as very large burp clothes.

These are way too small and virtually useless as receiving blankets for swaddling. I have a 5 lb. baby and cannot even wrap her with these. However, they do wash up to be quite soft and decently absorbent. The one pack I received as a baby shower gift is now being used as second rate burp cloths (since I have really good burp cloths that I prefer more). The prints and color combos are cute enough. But the edges are not nicely finished and they just look of low quality. If you are buying receiving blankets to swaddle your baby, don't buy anything that measures less than 40" x 40". Check out the ones that the hospitals use. They are pretty big.

If you have money to spend, try Aden & Anais (47" x 47"). If you can sew, you can easily and economically make your own. After I got these, my mother-in-law made me nice big ones out of really soft flannel. I use them for everything!
