This was the most complicated annoying machine I have ever owned. It took two men to figure it out and STILL it kept popping out of my window

and, the plug kept popping out spilling water all over the floor.

I returned it to Amazon for full refund and shipping with the CUT piece that did not help in fitting in window.

Used it only a few times and it seems to work good and blows cold air. A little more noisy than we had hoped.

I needed an AC such as this for a roll out window in my bedroom. This $363 piece of junk worked ok for less than 2 months before it started making a noise so loud, half of my apt complex could hear it. Im not in a position to purchase another AC so I have to suffer the rest of the summer. I would not suggest this product or anything Soleus to anyone.
