Filters came in nothing but the outer mailer bag. They honestly look like a larger filter that were cut down to size rather than an actual true replacement. Doesn't have the benefit of color change portion of filter to let you know when it needs changed-like the original filter that came with humidifier had. Once placed in humidifier water did not wick up filter thus not allowing it to work properly.

I received the filters with NO packaging, no label not sure what company that they came from. Did not look like real Holmes filters. In fact, they looked like they were cut from a larger piece. I returned these and ordered directly through another online filter retailer.

I bought these from Amazon thinking that I got a great deal. Unfortunately, the filters were a little too small (as others have mentioned), they didn't work as well as the originals, and they mildewed with the first use. What a waste! I found the filters I needed on the manufacturer's website, and they were significantly cheaper, plus they were antibacterially treated. I would not buy these again.
