I Love the kettle.. Sits on top of woodburning stove insert(fireplace), takes care of the dryness problem.. Kettle does have to be seasoned.. I rubbed it with some olive oil and put it in the stove for an hour at 350. Have to season the inside more than once. Keeps kettle looking great without any rust.. Love it... Great value

This Kettle rusts alot and drips on your stove if you keep the cover on. it will colorize your stove with rust be careful.
