if you're looking for a small humidifier, this little thing is the one to get. i bought this to keep in my car to try to combat the dry heat during the winter. it fits in the cup holder. i also use one in my study. it runs for well over 5 hours and has two settings. since buying my first one, i've since bought two more. all of them are working well.

Have it for a week now. Works great, looks nice, and seems to be doing it's job of humidifying my dorm room. In comparison to the other product I have seen, I would say this is one of the better deals.

I have had this for a few months and it works great when I follow the instructions.

The first time I used this, I followed the instructions and soaked the absorbent rod for a few minutes and it delivered a strong mist. After that, I just kept refilling the bottle and after 15 hours of use, a few hours at a time, it stopped working. A few days later, I held the rod under a faucet for a minute and tried it again and it worked but not as strong as before. On several occasions, it stopped after an hour or so. Finally, I re-read the instructions, soaked the rod for 2 or 3 minutes, and tried it again. This time, it worked just like new. Gotta keep that rod soaked which can be a pain on long trips but it's doable. I also wiped off the mist orifice. There doesn't seem to be much than can break on it so it should be just a matter of soaking the rod, keeping water in the bottom, and keeping it clean.

It works great as a personal humidifier in my car! It fits in the cup holder, plugs into the cigarette lighter, and works exactly like I hoped it would. I would warn potential buyers that it does not put out a lot of moisture because of its size. I hold it up to my face if the it is really hot and dry in the car.

I haven't had a chance to test this little fella out on a long car trip yet (my purpose in buying this, as the interior of my car is soooo dry on the long trips I take), but it does operate as it should and I'm hoping for the best. It's exactly what I was looking for. The shipping was fast & it was well packed.
