I received this item undamaged and quickly. It is the proper humidifier filter for my humidifier. What a difference this pad makes! All the other pads that I found at local big box hardware stores were less efficient and sent a steady stream of water down the drain. With this GeneralAire pad all the water is picked up by the warm furnace air and raises the humidity in the house, as it should.
