I ordered this filter when we moved into our new house. Our humidifier is extremely old but is working fine with the new filter. It was easy to replace, even for a not-so-do-it-yourselfer like me.

Fits fine. Time alone will tell if the coating will hold up as well as the OEM pads I used on my 26-yr-old humidifier, attached to my furnace. It's probably fine.

I ordered the correct pad, but they seem to have made it perhaps one half inch shorter in dimension. Otherwise it appears to be equal to the original pad, and it works just fine.
