First replacement shaft receiver was "loose" and "woobley" ! 2nd replacement worked only one night before it developed a very loud grinding sound within the motor. Never had a problem with this brand of motors before. Don't know what happended to the quality.

This is the third time I have had to replace the motor in my Skuttle humidifier. The flimsy plastic reduction gears fail after a year or two of use.

This motor is a different design, and I have high hopes it will last. So far, so good.
