The product that arrived is not the one advertised. Some other company is making replacements and marketing them as if they are original manufacturer. Oh, the box looks all official, with the OEM's name plastered all over the place but it's not made by Essick. Amazon better get a handle on their associates misrepresenting their products.
It may be the product is sufficient and serviceable, but I dislike being lied to.

The product being sold is not as advertised. This web page states the filter is made by Essick Air but the company ships a substitute made by BestAir. If you want the real deal, look elsewhere.

Totally agree with previous review. Advertisement clearly states "Essick Air MAF1 filter". Was sent a Bestair filter instead. At least it fit my vaporizer or this would be a ZERO STAR RATING. Not buying from this merchant again ever!
