I have had my bionare humidifier for almost a year now and while it worked really well in the beginning it is now having some problems. I like the features that allows you to set a certain humidity level and the humidifier will automatically turn itself on and off to maintain that level in the room. The tank can easily last a week or more depending on your location. The problem I am running into now is that my system won't activate because it says the tank is empty when actually it is full. All I have to do to give the device a little shake and it starts up again and can detect the water, but that doesn't do much good because it will say the tank is empty again in 5 mins or so. I have tried cleaning the device but thus far have not found a solution to this problem.
