This unit was an exact replacement for the original factory pad that came in my humidifier. I ordered several more, as I replace them every fall. Here in Colorado, the humidity runs 12 to 18% most winters, so humidifiers are survival items.

The filter appears to be an exact replacement. Just make sure they are installed with the black mark on the top of the filter or it will leak water on the floor and not function properly. That is not spelled out on the packaging. It is in the owners manual instructions. Delivered quickly. Will buy again here.
