I gave this item a 4 only because the box itself is very nice and it came with what seems to be a nice humidifier; however as with most reviews I have seen, the Hygrometer(Gauge)is pretty much junk. I am waiting for feedback from Amazon about getting a replacement gauge.
The box keeps a nice constant humidy as indicated by a digital hygrometer from my other box. I may end up getting another one for this box.
Update....Amazon quickly resolved my issue.

The box itself is very nice and the humidifier works well. The hygrometer is, unfortunately, more for show than for actually measuring relative humidity. Add $15 to the listed price to factor in buying a half decent hygrometer. Also, the lack of manufacturer's information (no instruction manual, warranty, or contact information provided with the item) was rather disappointing. Amazon was unable to replace the faulty part as "The Candy Company's inventory is constantly changing", but ended up giving me a partial refund.

The box closes tightly and looks amazing, very manly, yet has nice clean lines. It comes with an adjustable divider, humidifier, and hygrometer. The hygrometer needs to be calibrated but works, it just isn't the most accurate ever. I contacted the seller and they were amazing, getting me a new hygrometer and threw in some humidifiers and a cigar just 2 days later. If you even do end up having an issue with the hygrometer, there is no doubt the issue can be resolved, this is a fantastic buy at a great price so don't let that deter you. I'd say it holds about 25-35 cigars, depending on size, and keeps them well.

Might seem to be made well but that's about all. The thing never got to the right humidity nor will it hold it. What a waste of my money guess got a paperweight don't buy

Works well. The seal is perfect. I would suggest using gel packs instead of the humidification device they sent with it. The velcro never sticks to the wood and you don't want to stick it to the glass. Spend a few extra dollars and get Boveda gel packs, you will be glad you did. Also don't forget to read the instructions on how to calibrate the hydrometer.
