I've used the To Go Brands Acai Energy Boost packets and I love them. The taste is not the only consideration, what I noticed is that my appetite and cravings for food greatly diminished. I'd wake up in the morning and I knew I needed to eat, but wasn't famished. My energy level has increased, and I feel better. I didn't even realize this could be a weight loss product, until I got on the scale two weeks later and noticed I loss 9 pounds. After that I was hooked. The product does not mix entirely well in cold water, but I noticed that I could use it as a tea. Pouring hot water in a cup with the Acai and some licorice tea has been amazing. The product mixes much better in hot water. I now use this as part of my daily health regimen and couldn't be happier. Looking forward to losing more weight, with a greatly reduced appetite and this terrific product.

I mix a packet in over 20oz of water and it still tastes great! I can't imagine anyone finding it weak unless they are used to very sweet drinks. I rarely drink sodas or anything with added sugar so maybe that explains it. It is sweetened with Stevia extract which I admit took a bit of getting used to, but after the first box I bought (a 6 pack) I was hooked.

I haven't been using this long enough to report on any benefits as far as energy or metabolism boost. I just recently purchased and I have to say the taste leaves much to be desired. I can and will finish the box as I hate wasting my money. It is a bit chalky and does have a bit of a gritty texture. All in all...I can force myself to drink it, but I won't be purchasing again once I finish it. My next purchase will be for something in a pill form.
