I can't tell you anything about this product because it never actually got to me. It was a logistics issue that had to do with my address, which I checked and was correct. Things like this can happen and it's ok, but come on, contact your customer.

Filled the humidifier upon arrival with Xikar solution. The internal media quickly absorbed all solution and shortly thereafter it was in my humidor. A day later both hygrometers read at 71%.
