Received this the other day. Gotta say, aside from the unit being defective (hey, it happens) it's ridiculously complicated. When you use these little diffusers as much as I do, filling & refilling needs to be super simple. I don't think it's much to ask, do you? Aside from being a bear to refill, the operation isn't very intuitive either. I think this one misses the mark on several fronts.

This diffuser looks and functions exactly as described in the advertising. Your chosen fragrance will add a lot to the ambiance of your room or whole house. The electrical cord, though, is rather short and detracts from the appearance of the product.
