I have a larger Golden Rod, but needed this 12" model for a smaller gun safe. Golden Rods are terrific! No sign of moisture and very convenient. Highly recommended!

I had mold on some of my wooden gun stocks kept in my 50-gun safe. While I've only had the Golden Rod for a few weeks, it seems to be doing the job. I open my gun safe every couple of weeks or so.

didn't last a year, buy something else. didn't heat up very well from the start, had to buy another model.
